The Boxmoor Social Club is easy to find ... simply walk down Horsecroft Rd, just up from the Fishery Inn.
Doors open on Sunday 23rd at 09:30am for bacon rolls and tea/coffee at

Walk registration is at 10:30am. We leave at 11am

EVENT DETAILS
The Ramble will start from Boxmoor Social Club at 11am Sunday 23rd Oct.
The Ramble distance is approximately 4 miles and duration of around 2.5 hours depending on the individual. The Ramble will be around the local Moorlands and canal of Boxmoor following the Trusts ‘Blue Route’ walking past some of the area’s historic past on the moors.
A councillor from the village and representatives from the Boxmoor Trust are expecting to be present and at the start to say something about the area.
We are expecting BBC’s Country File cameras to join us, and we're likely to be showcased on Children in Need Website and across their social media channels. The VT will be shared with the Country File team for sharing on their channels.
The club will be open from 9.30am when Bacon / Sausage Rolls with Tea or Coffee will be on sale (£4). If you would like to join us for a breakfast roll email your preference Bacon or Sausage to childreninneed@boxmoorsocialclub.co.uk Pay on arrival (or prepay).
The entrance fee for the Ramble walk is £5
The club will be providing a finger buffet when back at the club for a charity donation. If you will be attending for the buffet, please let us know by email, hot food will also be available to purchase.
